One of the things I mostly was excited for coming to Vientnam was all the amazing street food we’ll be encountering. And in the two weeks here we encountered tons. Below you’ll find two videos, one is of Black Oreo Crepes and Banh Khot, which are little egg breakfast sliders. We found both stands at the Tao Dan Park, which we visited during TET.

We’ve only eaten twice in “real” restaurants and we regretted it both times. Eating at these little street food stands is a so much better experience and so much more affordable. And, knock and wood our stomachs are playing along so far.
