You should be happy that I didn’t squeal in this video!
Zoos are such a touchy topic. On the one hand it’s horrible to keep these wild animals locked up and away from their natural habitat. But on the other hand how do you make kids and adults believe that these animals really exist and it’s important to take care of our planet otherwise these animals (including us) will all disappear.
To be honest we wanted to mostly see the botanical part of the zoo (since we heard about the bad state of the Saigon Zoo) but when I saw that white tiger hanging out right at the glass, I just had to take a picture (and video).
I know zoos are horrible but I wish the Saigon zoo would be more like the Bioparc in Valencia.
